I enjoy going to this branch, it's my favorite one.  And the staff is fantastic.   They really go the extra mile to help.  And the registry services are excellent.

I needed to get a registration reprinted quickly. DMV wasn't available. I was (an am) thrilled that AAA does this, and I was able to get the registration. The woman said it was $18.50. I didn't look at the receipt when I signed it (my fault).  It was for $20.  There was a $1.50 service fee.  I get it. I have no issues with it, but she should have said it was $20. All in all, as I said, I'm thrilled that they provide the service.

Friendly and amicable. I did my errand and was not denied service. So much better than AAA Providence!!!

I find this establishment lovely & helpful & friendly. We've used their service for mundane license renewals to exotic sending child to Singapore for study abroad! Everything has been great. Wish they had a bike rack.

just left AAA disapointed as usual wated over two hours for service when it was finally my turn they could not help me because they said the disney web site was down . really they could not have told me that when i first got there. the last time i was there i just wanted a train schedule to Boston they were unable to provide me with one . i have been a AAA member for over twenty years i dont no why i keep my membership i have been disapointed before . your service is horrible . sincerly john berthiaume
