I was a walk in going to ask for a quick qoute for a trip i am planning for my family. The woman at the counter informed me she has appointments all day. I asked is there 5 minutes after the couple that was being helped, also no one else was in the waiting or in building. She said that i would have to make an appointment for during the week, when i said i cant do that because of my job, she did not offer any other help.

At the very last minute I called and asked for Trip Tix to Baltimore. I got  detailed directions in an easy to read booklet. The maps were great too. I walked right in a picked them up without waiting. It was an easy and positive experience.

You people are a disaster. My wife waiting on hold for 45 minutes the other evening while waiting for battery jump. Good thing she was in Starbucks. I am cancelling my membership and advising others to NEVER use AAA for anything!

Worst policy holder experience I ever had. Steer clear of AAA and CSAA unless you want a horrible customer experience, denied claims , and double deductibles for the same accident

The agent was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a lot of information which has made planning my trip very easy. I would highly recommend visiting this AAA office to help you.
