I've had AAA for years and I've always had a good experience with their customer service. Service reps are friendly, professional, and willing to take their time with you.

No real problem with the staff here. Tom Bastien has been a great rep to me. My problem is with AAA itself. 13 yrs with them, no tickets or claims, until now. I had my 2010 F -150 stolen. AAA payed for the truck (not the amount I would have like of course) and then proceeded to jack my rate up so high across the board (3 vehicles 1 motorcycle) my premium basically didn't lower without the truck on it now. No loyalty whatsoever.
