Office is extremely unprofessional. They told me one thing before I ordered insoles. Then it changed when the insoles came in to where I would have to pay the whole thing out of pocket. The office manager is in rarely Was not happy at all with the service I received and the information that they told me my insurance would pay and ended up not paying. Would advise highly to check with your insurance yourself before you take the word of this office as to what your insurance will and will not pay

Doctor and Forest City Staff are excellent. Have had issues with staff in the other office being very rude and unprofessional.
