Horrible horrible horrible service!  AAA installed a new car battery for me and it subsequently dislodged and punctured the radiator.   It was installed incorrectly.  It was a scary scene with a mini-van full of kids and $1100 in damage.  They took no responsibility at all!  The three warranty is on the battery NOT installation.  Can you believe it?  Please don't put your family in this unsafe situation.

AAA sells you the idea that they provide emergency roadside assistance, when in fact, they rarely come through. I've been a AAA Premier member for years, and i'm sad to say that the few times i've had to call for roadside AAA has NOT ONCE helped me in a reasonable amount of time.
Most recently I had a flat tire at 11:31 PM on the side of 65MPH interstate. I was told it would be 30 minutes before tow truck would be there. I say awesome. Now 40 minutes go by and I don't get a call, text or e-mail with a status update. I say well, at this point I could have changed the tire and been on my way. So that's what I start to do. As i'm now lowering my car after changing my own tire, AAA finally texts with a status, they tell me 1:22AM. Are you kidding me? How did 30 minutes turn into almost two hours? Can anyone see a problem with the fact that, although I am very capable, this single female sat, then had to change a tire alongside a busy unsafe highway. This organization is careless, and thieves. You will pay them an insane amount of money for your membership, but they provide no services. Oh and definitely don't spend more on a premier membership.

We've been planning a very complicated trip across the Indian Ocean and booked it thru Triple A call center.  The girl who has been a tremendous help and constantly on top of every detail is Heidi Pedde.  I am so pleased with all her help and suggestions.  Thank you, Heidi, for you attention to detail.  We appreciate it very much.
