We've used AAA for a number of years. I'm kind of a "half way" do it yourselfer. There are a number of plumbing tasks that I won't attempt. The neatest thing about the AAA team members is that they are always happy to take care of hard stuff that I can't do, and even give me a mini lesson on the things that they know I'm going to try to do myself. They not only give you the most professional service, they truly treat you like a neighbor. In this day and age, that's unusual and worthy of comment and our trust.

My service call was great A AA there customer service. My calender is very unpredictable but some how Gail always makes it work. Something that no other company would do she's an Angel. The young man that came to my home was punctual, professional , polite and explained what he had done. They were nothing but great and honest so before you look elsewhere give them a call first. The folks at AAA are awesome!! Bill came out, took a look at our dryer, determined it was the motor, said he'd order parts and see me when they came in, probably a week or so. 3 days later they had my parts, came out got it taken care of, everything was like a professional company should be! Punctual, courteous, professional in every way!! I would definitely recommend AAA for any appliance repair!

Our technician (Jeremy) did everything that I expected. 1. He called me ahead of his visit so I would have time to get home. 2. He asked what I wanted to achieve and he offered solutions based upon my thoughts. 3. He explained the cost before starting the work. 4. He was very friendly and professional. 5. The work that he performed looks and works just as I hoped it would. It was a pleasure having Jeremy at my home.

Making an appointment was easy. The serviceman knew his job and was very professional, diagnosed the problem and worked out the fix. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely basis. On time and let you know what was going on. Immediately called by the office to assure the work was done
