Great service always there in your time of need

I bought  AAA for my son and he has been left stranded a second time.  Last night which was a Sunday 6/4/17  in Coxsackie they said it would be hours before someone can get him service.  Really?  Their are 3 towing companies in Catskill alone.  Not to mention Ravena.  I find it hard to believe they were all that busy.

Refused to help me. Lied and said they was there. When I asked for manager they hung up and they stopped answering my calls.. wow a service I paid for...

The other day I had a tow and the guy was so nice to me he first took me to the mechanic I normally go to and when the mechanic tried to rip me off he helped me get another quote for another mechanic witch a better price and took my car there  he was so nice and cared about if I was getting ripped off or not
