I have worked with Julia Roberts as my AAA agent for 3 years now and she has been great and the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company even over my former company progressive. She has helped me from everything of buying new cars and adding multiple cars to even getting my deductible covered when I was rear ended in my brand new car. I would recommend everyone to work with her even if you are from outside Livingston county she is worth dealing with and always answers emails or calls immediately.

Excellent customer service, with great insurance coverages. They provide maps, tour books and trip routing. This office is spotless and conveniently located in Brighton, Michigan.
