AAA in Manchester is terrible. Lady was rude at AAA counter. It's Iver an hour wait. Quicker to go to dmv. Terrible experience. Never again. Not even for travel.

Imposible to reach a person in this location. The automated prompts are ridiculously long and without an option to talk to a human being.

Went there to help my dad to correct his name on his state issued ID. He had all the documents that are listed on the web site. However, even though DMV web site specifically tells you that you can do name corrections at AAA, we were told very loudly by Anthony that it is not something he can do for us. He also (very very loudly) started to explain to me that US passport is not a valid form of ID, especially not to take a loan at a bank. That is just pure nonsense. Your clerks should be trained on terms that they use. And either remove change of name as a service that you offer or actually start doing what the web site says you do. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would think that AAA is better than the service we received.
