The company refused to let us in to see our unit . After paying for nearly 20 years they auctioned our unit illegally when we were current on payments. We are proceeding with a lawsuit. Stay away from this company total crooks!

Horrible management. Tried to call more than once to make a payment and left a message for them to call me back. Never received a call back and was charged a late fee. Finally got a hold of them to pay and then they didn't unlock our unit until the next day. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else. I would highly caution anyone considering using this place.

The manager is a horrible person.  Rude and completely unhelpful.  When I asked for the name and number of the owners, she refused to give it to me.  I would never use this place again.

The storage unit leaked. When I informed the staff, they simply said that you should never put anything susceptible to water damage on the bottom, such as cardboard or furniture. They did NOT say that they were going to look into it or fix it. For 105 a month, you got a decent size unit with 24 hour access, an apathetic staff, an alarm supposedly (we never tested this), a scenic waterfall, and not much else. In short, they were nothing special even when you are looking for no frills storage. The units were secured sufficiently for the price, but nothing spectacular. Customer service sucks but the auto pay feature means you won't see them much anyway.

Lori if you want the name and number of the owners all you have to do is call the court house with the address of the place and tell them you need to know the name of the owners. It's public.
