I just called AAA Taxi to get a ride to a local business and te set up a times call to be picked up at 1:30pm this afternoon.  The dispatcher I spoke with advised me that timed calls are only for people going to work or to appointments.  So I told him to not bother - he basically just turned away business.  This same dispatcher refused to schedule a pick up for me last week that included some wait time (which is billable) and he has some of the worst customer service skills that I have ever experienced.  The drivers are great, the cabs are clean, but this one dispatcher sucks. Uber may have a new customer.

This is AAA Auto Club of Missouri.  For AAA Taxi call 417-781-TAXI(8294).  

I called this company trying to get AAA Taxi and the automated message told me to hold for assistance, then hung up on me.  I called back and was able to talk with the operator who informed me of the difference between the two companies.  

I was originally going to give one star due to hanging up on me but the operator was extremely nice and earned her company 2 additional stars.  I wish I would have gotten her name.
