Both my air handler and condenser were replaced at the end of July. From  the estimate at the beginning of July through today, this company has been professional and efficient and the technicians knowledgeable. The system was installed within 4 days of hiring. Recently I had a technician come out to adjust fan speed and he was within the time window given, efficient, and polite. Also price was reasonable. I figured a company that has been in business 40 years must be doing something right - and I was correct!

I was looking for an a/c company to replace my a/c unit and duct work. We all know as home owners that finding a realiable and stress free company to deal with in Miami especially is very hard. I had 5 estimates from different companies and some where 2000.00 apart from each other. I decided to go with AAA Modern Air which where not the cheapest but having the financing available 60 months no interest is great. Justin's was my sales Rep which he was fantastic. I explained to him the pricing I had received from other companies and his final estimate came in only 500.00 more then the cheapest company which was great. Him and Angelo came to my house to inspect and give me and estimate and at that time I know they were going to be the company replacing my a/c extremely professionals!!!!! Then comes the installation day which they where on time and I didn't have to even call them. Now I'm going to write about the installation. These guys came in and removed all my AC ducts and old machine in 1 day. The second day my AC and all duct work was finished. They were very clean, fast and professional!!!! The two guys that installed my unit and three guys that removed and installed my duct work very professional to the point that I trusted them with the keys of my house. If you ask my wife I don't trust anyone. These guys were working in my house nonstop until 7pm unbelievable but true. I then notice that my heater was not working which as you all know we don't use very often in Miami. I put a call in and a technician called me in less then 5 minutes. They schedule a service call and Josue was on time and very professional again unheard of but true. He was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I work for Mercedes Benz and if these guys are to my standards then they are the ones you want working in your house. I can't say it enough outstanding outstanding outstanding service. Thank you AAA Modern Air now I know why you guys have been in business so long.

In the summer of 2016 we had a new central AC installed in our condo by AAA Modern Air.  We have been extremely pleased with how easy they are to deal with in all aspects.   When are old unit was failing they advised us of all our options and they gave us a great price on a new unit.

The installation went quicker than I thought and they took great care to not cause any damage in the process.  After the installation I noticed there was a drainage pipe blocking access to the  main water shutoff valve to the condo.  They came back asap and rerouted the pvc pipes and made it better than ever before.

Since the installation they been making 6 month check up visits and everything has been going smoothly.  I give them 5 stars on their communication (over the phone and with their repairmen) and 5 stars on the repairmen themselves.  Everyone has been professional and skilled and I totally recommend this company.  

I regret that I haven't posted earlier to give credit to all of the superb individual repairmen by name.  I will tell you that Victor just came by and was awesome and patient with me as I searched for someone with a key to the roof.

I don't sit down and write out reviews a lot but buying an AC is a big deal and I know that this review might help someone like me who was searching for a reputable company.  Do your due diligence but my experience was 5 stars with AAA Modern Air.

Victor answered all our questions so that we can understand the answers and explained to us what we could not do and should not do and offered suggestions for what we can do to help improve our air quality. He was very polite very friendly and very knowledgeable. He also explained to us in detail exactly what he was doing and what was done so that we could understand. He is an asset to your company. Thank you for sending him.
