My car wouldn't start after several days of subzero temps so I called AAA to see if they could come out and jump start my vehicle. After asking her if my membership package included it at no extra cost, she said absolutely.  She then preceded to tell me that they would replace my battery if it needed to be replaced after they tested it along with the alternator.  I would be responsible for the new battery of course. She also said it would be warrantied for 6 years. Well the mechanic showed up and put the charger on the battery and I asked him if he was going to test the battery and alternator.  He looked at me like I was crazy and said that they don't do that.  So here I sit at a mechanic shop getting my battery changed.  Way to drop the ball AAA!
