I had the BEST experience. I needed all of the bedding from my rental unit cleaned asap - can honestly say they never looked better and smelled so fresh! I am literally calling there today to see if they'll divulge which detergent they use:) but seriously, the women who helped my when I go there was so pleasant, the place is SUPER clean. It was just a great experience, well worth driving over the bridge from the beach - I will never go anywhere else! THANK YOU NORTH-SIDE!

This is one of the best laundromats I've ever used. I've been using it for three years. It's usually a joy to do my laundry there. I 'd normally give it five stars because of the environment of cleanliness, efficiency, respect among customers and helpfulness of staff that I usually experience. However, the last two times I've gone it has not been as clean as usual. And, rating it based on my experience today, I'm struggling to give it one star. There was one man there today with his crew clearly doing condo laundry. I've encountered him before but today was the worst. He was basically taking up the whole laundromat for his wash, including the smaller driers which should be reserved for individual customers, and ALL the folding tables. When we finished drying our two loads and I commented, "There are no available folding tables", he and his crew made no effort to make room for us. In fact, they ignored us. The employee had her cleaning materials spread out on one table. She also heard and saw that we needed to fold and made no effort to make space for us. She was laughing and joking with the condo crew like she was one of them. It was like these people had reserved the whole place for their personal use but no one else was informed. It has been my experience in the past that when someone is ready to fold, other customers and the workers help make space at the folding tables. People act with common courtesy. NOT TODAY!! This man has had to be spoken to before about his discourteous use of the facilities. He seems not to care and acts entitled. My opinion: he should be banned from doing his laundry there. And the employee, who is new, needs to be spoken to about keeping things clean and watching out for ALL the customers.
