I had questions on what I thought were goofs on my several gift memberships. Not goofs ... just the way AAA does things. I've had AAA for over 20 years, but sadly get the taste of Antiquated Operating Procedures.  AAA, don't get run over and left behind! Time to streamline and catch up to the fast-paced computer-quick age. No more waiting two weeks for hard cards, no more heavy payroll costs.

Mark Stevens is the worst agent I have ever dealt with.   Does not return calls.   Insurance rates keep going up and up with no explanation.

Absolutely great!!  Got my maps to take a trip to see the relatives in New Mexico -- Kathleen was johnny on the spot -- I got the maps and was out the door.  Let me comment on some other stuff!!  When I paid my dues they were very efficient Kathleen took care of my dues and Nila took some notes for Mary to help me with our cruise out of New Orleans.  I call that double action.  Let me go on -- Mary called some days later with some information about New Orleans and is going to research more to help us have  the smoothest transfer from our car to the ship.   Oh, by the way I talked a little insurance smack with Mark.  Edmond AAA is super!!
