I was instructed to go to my nearest AAA office by the Attorney Generals office to sign a cancelation for my policy that by Executive order post Hurricane Irma I had to do to not be charged for additional coverage That I incidentally called a couple months prior to inform them of the much less expensive rate I was quoted, they said they had nothing that even came close to the new rate I got, never telling me a signed cancellation was required at the time. Otherwise I'd of done it then! Long story short is What should've taken 2 seconds cost AAA a longtime customer for life.. I wasn't only ignored (saw employees that weren't busy at all,, shuffling papers & just not even wanting to look at me) To this hobnob snob country club cougar type walk out & tell me she wasn't going allow me to sign the cancellation & instructed her receptionist to call The police if I didn't leave her building immediately! Her parting shot really got me,, being the entry state is in a disaster zone.. "Try paying your bills & This wouldn't happen"! To which it felt great replying to her with a 🖕🏿 Friggin theif uses the local PD as her customer complaint department. What a elitist slob,, she needs to go to church more often!

When i need them they didnt help and made me pay out of pocket for a tow and said they would reimburse. I called the palm harbor location and asked if i could file the claim there and was told yes i could. I get to the office and they tell me its an online thing and that i would have to go buy stamps and an envelope to go send them off on my own i asked if they could help me there and was told no. I really wish the communication was on the. Same page ive wasted a lot of money because of miscommunication. I do not think i will renew my membership because i feel like i wad robbed. I paid in advance for a service still had to pay for a tow and now my reimbursal isnt looking like its going to happen. Good job guys.

Poor business etiquette. If you are buying amusement parks tickets know that there will be several things they won't tell you upfront. When you discover them you will be told "It's in the fine print" - evidently they think presenting a customer with fine print after the transaction is completed is completely ethical. When you are buying passes for your family, all with same last names, they won't check with you that all features and options are as you want, even if you ask specifically, they will give you a scripted answer instead of listening to your needs. AND...when you discover that the tickets were not exactly what you asked for and bring them in the very next day you will discover they "can't do anything" because the tickets are non-refundable. "It was in the fine print." Never mind if they didn't tell you so before completing your transaction. Now they will point you to an obscure sign below eye level. I would have done far better buying my tickets online from their website than in person. So much for personalized service!!
