I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. They were professional from the phone call to the completed service call. They were upfront about everything they were doing and kept me informed along the way. I especially liked their up front pricing so I knew exactly what it was going to cost before they started the repairs.

Daniel Delgado is a gentleman and an experienced professional. He will tell you what the problem is, and how much it will cost, upfront. There are no hidden fees or surprises. Paradise gives a ninety day satisfaction guarantee or they will return to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with the work done, and I will be using Paradise again in the future.

Richard and Sam came out today and fixed my clogged toilet. They managed this after my insurance company sent out a handyman that couldn't of poured water from a boot with instructions on the heel. It took them an hour, they got the work done at a fair price and I will be having them back to do more work on my house. Thanks!

We have had a plumber at the house every year for the 5 years that we've owned the home, and we only live here half of each year. A friend in Ojai recommended we call Paradise Plumbing as she has had nothing but great experiences with them. Richard was the first plumber to be so thorough, to do a really deep, full pipe cleaning of our problem areas and explain, as no one else had, what we need to do to keep the pipes flowing well. Paradise Plumbing in general has been a great company to work with, very friendly, prompt and truly concerned about getting the problem fixed the right way and in a timely manner. We all hope to never have plumbing problems but if we ever do again in the future we will be calling Paradise Plumbing, Richard specifically, to help us. The techs, Richard and Jeffrey know their job well, very courteous, and finished the job as projected. The area that they worked on was cleaned up before they left. We are very satisfied from the invoicing, explaining the problem and how it will be done, i don' t have any reservations recommending these two to friends who might need the service. I also appreciate that i get notified on their arrival each day. Thank you for the job well done.
