In our fast pace world, customer service is always compromised.  The service at AAA in Salem NH is excellent.  When I called, people were very polite and they answer my questions.  I asked for trip ticket and they had it the next day.  They also followed that up with an email telling me when it was complete.  They also gave me suggestions on car rentals and hotels AAA is recommending.  This is the way customer service should be and other should follow.  Thank you.
