great customer service here. was able to get in and purchase the tickets I needed and get information I requested and was on my way with in a few minuets. They have a lot information about the Sandusky area.

Aweful service. Employee annoyed that we were there. Kept "huffing" every time we had a question. So disappointed that AAA would hire an employee like that. Would highly suggest not going to at least this location

Needed quick roadside service. Lucky Towing & Recovery showed up within 15 min. Diagnosed the problem, gave us some tips and we were on our way in another 30 min. Thank you AAA and Lucky Towing!
