We received wonderful customer service that was very polite and timely response.  It is just off I70 and easy to get to.  The storage is always clean and well kept up.  We definitely recommend it!

Made a reservation online. For a unit from the end of April until the beginning of June. When I show up with my stuff I'm informed that they will only rent for a minimum of 3 months. No mention of this on their website, the reservation system, and no contact from the management after I made the reservation. What a piss poor operation!

I tried to get into a storage unit and TJ was very helpful at first. When I finally determine my DJ Truss system would not fit in the storage area, I called TJ. As I explained to him that I would not be able to utilize his storage he became upset and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend this storage to any of my friends.
Today 3-25-17, I opened my e-mail and received mail from Vanessa McGill, TJ's lawyer. She is wanting me to remove this comment in Google or I quote, " I am forced to advise my client to escalate this matter". WOW, now I have to remove this comment or I will suffer the wrath of legal action. So what is the purpose of this Google Review add if I can't express my thought's and experience with this Business.
