The worst travel agency for many reasons.  Booked a very expensive cruise with them. Had problems with the business class air they booked along with that and some minior issues with the cruise.  Was never reimbursed nor would the travel agent follow up with me or even work on our behalf to see if she could do something. When she finally did it was over a month later and said she couldn't do anything to compensate us for a trip that was over $32,000 and that Aaa wouldn't assist either. Can not recommend nor will I have give them by ever business again. Stay away many good agents out there this is not even close even for a basic trip you could find for less on line.

The rating should be no star for this location, at least for the agent I interacted with - this may not apply to others at the location.  She was very unresponsive and when I did get a hold of her she did not know the details of the policy coverage.  The majority of my belongings are in a storage locker.  She told me the rental policy would cover them.  My expectation was that they were covered at 100%  the  policy.  She was wrong.  The locker is covered at only 10%  of the policy.  She sent email after email in support of her assertion which was wrong.  I was wasting 90% of the premimum on a very small fraction of my total belongings!  I went with Liberty Mutual which covered the locker contents at 100% of the value of the policy.
