AAA membership worthwhile; 30 minute response to I-95 @ 3 AM!

I have been twice at this location for oil change and tire replacement.  The staff is courteous and. Knowledgeable and they have a nice facility.  The free coffee,  hot chocolate and water is a nice compliment if the repair is taking long and you are waiting there.

I am a AAA member. Their prices are fine and their service is fine, but I was a little shocked at them trying to sell me a service I feel is a rip-off. Don't get me wrong, all the other shops do the same. I just thought AAA was different.

Had an alignment and road force balance done on my A4 here. Pretty routine and quick service with a great discount as a member. Only complaint is that the tech didn't think to rotate a slightly bent wheel to the rear without me having to ask. 

Waiting area is ample, exceptionally clean, has WiFi, complementary beverages, and let's you peer in to the shop.

I want to highly recommend this place. I needed to get a new tag and register my car from PA to MD and the agent here was awesome. She worked very hard to deal with some of the strangeness that occurred because of my out of state tags and explained all of the materials. Seeing as most experiences with the MVA are enough to make you want to commit sepukku, being able to get the tags and registration handled here was great.
