I was supposed to be picked up 5 hours ago..... Here I am, writing a bad review from my phone because this location can't seem to find me a tow truck that a will go a whopping 75 miles while listening to how great AAA is and how wonderful they treat their customers....... NOT HAPPY THIS IS THE WORST AAA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVR HAD..... WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY 11 YEAR STINT WITH THIS COMPANY DUE TO THIS LOCATION...... WORTHLESS

Wanted a trip tick for out west, told the clerk what major highway I wanted to take. Was given the other major route with tolls. First and last time I try a trip tick. The tour book for my destination was good. As was the road maps.

We stopped in just 15 minutes before  the posted Office closing time. However the Lady who greeted us took the time to answer our questions and provide us with all of the printed trip material we needed.. We have been AAA members for 31 years and like all of the services offered. John and Gloria Kuhar

Great experience (getting a trip tick) and all questions answered.  Travel books were included for free with all the helpful hints to make for a great vacation.
