I ordered a vehicle transport, I received confirmation for a vehicle transport, upon arrival I was given a dolly. I was specific that I was towing a 4x4 vehicle online and with the worker on site (who was not on site at the time of our arriival at 11:45am) . We drove over a hundred miles for a trailer that we had confirmation for, only to waste excessive time and money because of the communication between uhaul and AAA wildcat. Then after all was said and done, we didn’t get a full refund, and were told that if we wanted a vehicle transport then it would be twice as much, around 89 bucks. I was quoted 64 and change online. I tried to call customer service, but after listening to their hold message for over 20 minutes I had to hang up. As someone who works in the multi-home industry, I recommend uhaul to at least 20 or more people a month, but after dealing whith the unprofessinalism of AAA Wildcat and the uhaul reps of that area, I will no longer recommend uhaul to anyone.

On a side note, When I was on the phone with the uhaul rep she told me the vehicle transport had been reserved for a week proir. If that’s the case, then why did I receive confirmation that I could pick it up? If I had been told that it wasn’t available, I wouldn’t have wasted a hundred dollars in gas and a whole day of our time.

The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and if AAA wildcat ever answered their phones or voicemails all of this could have been avoided.

Clean grounds and secure.  I'm here alot after the gate closes (normal business hours) and feel safe.  Security gate seems very sufficient.
