When I called Dave he was very professional.  I told Dave what I needed cleaned and he gave me a price right over the phone.   We set up an appointment for a few days later.  Dave offered to get me in earlier if I needed.  Dave called when he was on his way to our home and arrived early.  He did a wonderful job cleaning the living room carpet and furniture.  He even deodorized everything for no extra cost.  Dave charged exactly what he quoted over the phone.  I used to use Stanley Steamer and they charged just over a hundred dollars more for the same service, WITHOUT the deodorizer.  Needless to say I will be using AAction Carpet Care from now on!

Timely response after my call, was able to setup an appointment right away, cleaned our carpets perfectly! Much more affordable than the big corporate chains and easier to work with. We'll be using them again many times.

I had Dave come for my first time having my area rugs professionally cleaned.  It was a very pleasant experience.  His price was very reasonable, he was very professional and pleasant, and the rugs came out clean and fresh smelling.  I won't wait so long next time and will be confident in using Aaction Carpet Care!

I have been using Aaction carpets for sometime. Dave does a fantastic job on our carpets. We have him come in several times a year. He always finds time to schedule an appt. for me, and is always on time. He gives a more personal touch than any of the corporate services. he is the owner and takes pride in his work. His prices are reasonable, and his work is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned and done right!
