Needed work done on my ride but didn’t have time to shop around. Thought I’d give these guys a try. Years ago I wasn’t happy with this AAMCO, but I was desperate. Well, I’m glad I gave this shop another shot. New ownership is there and it shows right from the get go. The shop was clean and had a professional look (wasn’t that way before). Greeted by Kay. She was great. She got my car into the techs, diagnostics was done quickly, the repairs were fully explained to me and I went ahead with getting the work done. Everything fixed. No problems. Still I wondered if I got a good deal. I decided to call around asking for estimates. Most shops wanted me to bring the car in, but I was able to get some quotes. Turns out I got a great deal. So, as long as the new management is around, I will make this AAMCO my go to shop from now on.

I brought my truck in because the transmission was shifting very hard. I was told to leave it at this Aamco to be looked at. I left the truck and WALKED HOME about 4 miles. Later that day I was told there’s nothing they can tell is wrong with out dropping the pan and look for Metal fragments. I say OK well come drop the pan and let’s see what’s wrong if anything I get the truck back and about two days later I have a transmission fluid leaking all over my driveway before I brought the truck in I never had a leak just a hard shift so I go back by and I’m told we’re too busy right now can you come back another day( some service that is) so I bring the truck back by I’m told they used the wrong gasket they put in another gasket and about three days later it starts leaking again I called I spoke to someone who said oh we’re going to have to put in a different type of gasket I bring it back I walk home again and about two weeks later guess what? Yep, leaking again so I called and explained the problem again and the person I spoke with said bring it by I opted not to after three different tries so I climbed underneath and all the bolts to the pan were loose . I think they’re very busy because they repair the same cars that they work on over and over. I do not recommend this place

Took a 92 work truck in, was advised that it would be worth having the engine replaced instead of purchasing a newer one. Gave the okay with an estimate a bit over $4700.00. They gave me a date of when the work would be completed but when the day came, all I got was the run around. I finally got it 8 days after the work was to be completed. When I finally got it, I had problems with it and it had to go back the very next day. It's been 5 days now and this time the truck is "ready" and it's sitting in their parking lot because I didn't have an extra $200 to pay. The manager is rude, he's someone who should not be dealing with the public. Personally I think he's racist and the only reason I say that is because he was not only rude and sarcastic with me but also with the African American lady that was right behind me. He tended to the Caucasian fellow very well. Just sayin. I trusted this place to do their job and do it with integrity but they fell short. I do believe in what goes around comes around. Look elsewhere if you want honest, respectful and caring people on your side. If I wouldn't have trusted their ratings, I would've just bought a new truck with that money. Now their saying it's got problems with the transmission. It was fine before we took it in. Go figure.

Spoke to one of the techs named chris he was cool They didnt try and over charge me and did my oil change in 20 mins right before closing thank you!

Went to the ship to fill out papwrwork and let them know my son's car was getting towed there. My son's car got towed to the shop yesterday at 12:13pm. NO CALL from the shop to say they received it. Called Sat morning over and over for 30 mins... online says that they are open 8am - 1pm. Find someone to bring my son to the shop. At 10:45am Doors locked, garage closed, lights off... sign on the door open. 8a - 1p on Sat. Worst service ever, not only did they not call us about the car, closed with no notification, now we are forced to wait until Monday to MAYBE talk to someone and see what's wrong with the car! NOT HAPPY! Owner said in response email him... sent the email the same day I wrote this post... 7/15... never received a response before or after he wrote his comment...
