I was having issues with my 2012 Suburban related to the transmission. I dropped off my vehicle and asked them to run a diagnostic on what they thought was wrong with the vehicle.

I got constant updates on what they thought was wrong and how they were testing the vehicle. When I came in they explained what could be causing the issues and how to fix it.

While I did not get my vehicle repaired at this location, I felt that Chris was upfront, honest and trustworthy with his diagnoses. He went above and beyond to help me and was cordial and respectful when I decided not to get the repair done.

I will definitely use this shop in the future if I have issues with any of my vehicles and would recommend them to others.

I have had a great experience every time I have used them.  They have been able to address and diagnose any issue I have experience in a timely and extremely professional manner.  Chris has provided me with updates throughout the repair process and provide spot on estimate time of completions.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car care shop.

They are all nice until you decline repair and give you attitude. Chris was really rude the entire time after we declined repair. Terrible customer service. Not only that I'm watching the worker work on my car and he moves so slow

This is a great place for any service your vehicle may need. Chris is a cut above any shop manager I have ever dealt with. He knows your car, and he is interested in knowing his customers. He is genuine. Chris has also hand-picked a crew of ace technicians who will repair your vehicle correctly, and in a timely manner. No need to say "first time", because there isn't a second time with these guys. His prices are fair, and reflect the quality of his work. Thanks, Chris.

We had failing brakes by the time we got to Lake Havasu City, and found Chris and the AAMCO.  Customer service was great, they fixed our car timely, and we were off on our way safetly home.  Thank you!
