I would stay away from this place. This is why... We started an account with aarons in october to get a portable dishwasher. When they delivered it they were very rude and just left it sitting in the kitchen for me to figure out how to hook it up. Two months later we were about 5 days late on our payment. On thursday I made arrangement to make a payment for saturday the 22nd. The next day after i had made arrangements to pay on saturday Brock from aarons called my work on friday and left a message on the machine for all my coworkers to listen too. The same day they called my work number they called my cell phone 3 more times. Saturday the day I had made an arrangement to make my payment, Doug from aarons showed up at my house at 1:30pm demanding a payment. When my husband asked doug why we were being harrased so much, Doug threatened to take the dishwasher back if I didnt like the way we were being treated. I truely feel I am being harrased and treated poorly. After contacting my lawyer and explaining the situation to get his opinion, he feels that this is harrasment because aarons employees entered into a verbal agreement about accepting a later payment on saturday. He feels we may be a target of discrimination because we live in low income housing and cant afford to make a full purchase and/or some employees may be bullying some folks because they know some are poor and cant afford to make a full purchase. Many people use verbal agreements over the phone to make arrangements on accounts. cable, phone, utilitys, car payments, house payments etc.. with out being harrased and/or threatened about a repossession. I think some folks should not be judged, deserve good friendly
