I got a living room couch from here the end of June and suddenly my mother passed away.I shut down and couldn't grieve and battled depression horribly. I received a call from a guy named David i believe and i told him what was going on and he told me "That's not our problem about your mom passing.You need to let us come get our merchandise or pay what you owe." That was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have NEVER dealt with such disrespect and such cold heartedness in my life.

This location has been very helpful to us. We rented a exceptional tv and tv stand offer only have the tv go out due to a flaw in screen and sound a week after purchase and they replaced it with a better quality that I absolutely love but we are having issues with the replacement now where it's turning on and off on it's own. This facility  is willing to come and check it out to see what they can do to help. I have not had any bad experiences with them and the staff has been very nice and professional will recommend them to anyone I know. We love our entertainment center and are very proud of the service that we get with this company. Looking forward to doing more business in the near future

So me and my husband just came in to look for a Couch and we didn't know they were closed we walked up to the door and it said "OPEN" literally walked in didn't even get a hey or how are you and this guy was yelling across the door and he said we are closed and I think that's rude it's 24 minutes at 7 if you are closed how come you can't change the open sign to closed or even greet someone with more respect. You are getting our money not the other way around.
