This store has changed personnel and the customer service I received was Excellent! Very professional. I recommend that you open an account with this Aarons asap. Your credit score will go up when your done. I paid off my account early and I watched my 600 go to 650 immediately. Try them as for Chris. He was very informative and pleasant to talk to.

Placed an order online , than they called me asking for a bunch of personal information that I didnt think was necessary , and the person who called Joel ( the store manamger) , was very unprofessional over the phone , not that he was rude , but he was breathing really hard over the phone and kept saying umm . All the information he was asking I had given them via the internet. Asking for banking information over the phone just doesnt seem right ?!?! I felt like i was giving my info to someone trying to steal my identity ... It didnt feel right , if after processing an online order Aarons feels like they need more information than they should ask you to come in to the store , over the phone just didnt feel right .... needless to say after all the umm's and crazy question i decided to purchase a Laptop from HSN with better quality , and a cheaper price and I will only have 6 payments of $99.00 verses 12 payments of $70.00 with Aarons . Sorry Aarons you should step your game up !!

I WAS VERY IMPROPERLY HANDLED AND DISRESPECTED REGARDING MY ORDER BY THIS STORE AND I AM VERY DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE . AFTER GOING THROUGH MY REFERENCES, JOB VERIFICATION, AND WAITING SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE DELIEVERY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FROM 11AM-3PM , AND ARRIVED AT 4PM FOR THE DELIVERY MAN TO BARELY COME TO THE APARTMENT BUILDING AND DEMAND MY ID IN WHICH I EXPLAINED DOESN'T OBTAIN THIS ADDRESS BECAUSE I JUST MOVED HERE. I PROVIDED HIM MY LEASE IN WHICH HE GAVE BACK TO ME SAYING IT WAS NO GOOD AND THEN MY PSE&G BILL IN WHICH THEY STILL SAID NO. I PROCEEDED TO CALL THE STORE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER , IM NOT SURE WHO I SPOKE TO , A HISPANIC MALE SAID TO BE THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND MISHANDLED ME , I EXPLAINED TO HIM EVERYTHING , HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK . WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM THE DELIVERY MEN HAD ALREADY LEFT, AND THEN "THE MANAGER" CALLED ME BACK VERY RUDELY TO SAY THEY WERE CANCELING THE ORDER , MY LEASE HAD WHITEOUT ON IT, AS IF IM FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS OR SOMETHING WHEN I ALSO PROVIDED THE PSE&G BILL AS WELL . UPON ARRIVAL THE DELIVERY MEN DID NOT WANT TO DO THE DELIVERY TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE OF THE AREA, ONE NEVER GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK AND THE OTHER WAS VERY ON EDGE AND IN A HURRY AND WAS NON BELIEVING OF THE INFORMATION I WAS PROVIDING AND GAVE ME A VERY DIFFICULT TIME , I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. NO ONE ASKED ME ANYTHING OR SAID ANYTHING JUST DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR NO REASON AT ALL. IHAVE 100 PAGES IN MY LEASE TO VERIFY MY NAME AND ADDRESS THAT ONE SPECIFIC PAGE HAD WHITEOUT ON IT BECAUSE OF A PRIOR STAMP FROM A DIFFRENT AGENCY AND THATS WHERE THE WHITEOUT CAME FROM AT THE VERY BOTTLE OF THE PAGE AND DELIVERY MAN FAILED TO MENTION I GAVE HIM A LEASE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO THEN TELL THEM THERE WAS WHITEOUT ON IT. IT WAS A CIRCUS AND INSULT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT ALL THAT TIME. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!

never missed a payment with this store and its not even the 3rd of the month ans their already behind me to collect payment. worst customer service also.
