Horrible service! I rented a used leather couch set that had a few dings and the love seat had these horrible scratches on the cushions. We really wanted a brand new set and got talked into getting a used set because a new set would take nearly a month to come in and we were also told they would lower the monthly rate and order brand new cushions. Fine, it sounded like a great deal at the time.... 2 months later, still NO cushions and a different story every time we call about it. "The original order was canceled so we will reorder it." "The tracking number I have doesn't work so I don't know where it is". Really?? I wouldn't have even wasted my time with a used set if it was going to be this much trouble. The whole reason we decided to get it is because they promised new cushions... Horrible customer service. They always have an excuse. Oh, and the delivery was nearly 2 HOURS LATE when we first got them! I'm going to have them come pick up the furniture if these cushions are not here by our next payment and take my business and hard earned money elsewhere! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

If I could rate them a zero stars, I would. I have paid this company on time and never missed a payment. I am down to my last 2 payments, so I called them 6 days in advance and spoke to the manager, I ask him to push the payment back to 3 days later which would've been my payday. The manager told me that he had taken care of it. when I looked into my account, I had found that he had taken the payment out anyway. I called to have him rectify the situation but he continued to ignore my calls and instead have his reps. talk to me and tell me he was busy for 2 days after the fact. When I finally spoke to him he was very rude and harsh to me. he did not take responsibility for his error and would not refund me. They will never get my business again.

I read the reviews and was kinda worried about this place but decided to see for myself. It was under new management and had an entire new staff. I got what I wanted and it was pain free.

i haven't had my couches a year and they started to rip. We called and called for about 3 months to get them fixed or new couches they called 4 companies before they stopped lying to us about how the other companies had already came out. When the repair man finally came the repair was nothing short of sh@$!!!!!!' The small repairs he did with spray glue and a lighter are already falling apart, it hasn't been 2 months and you can tell where he repaired the 8x12" patches. This place has been nothing but a pain in my ass. And mike has been nothing but a dick!  I HATE rent a center but I WOULD will tell anybody rent a center is 10 times better than these people!!!!
