I rented furniture from this store and the associates there are very rude and unprofessional. A women there called me about my payment for this month and she started asking why I wasn't able to make the payment on the 1st after I told her I didn't get paid. I told her I would make the payment as soon as possible and released the call since she wanted to be very confrontational with me. The lady then called me back and told me not to hang up on her and stated you don't have to like me but don't hang up on me, when I asked to speak with a manager he stated that its not good business to miss a payment but its not good business to harass your customers neither. I will never do business with this company again!!!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The Account Manager is extremely rude and one of the front desk females  are also. I have decided if I continue to do business with Aaron's it will definitely not be at this location.

This place takes too long to deliver. I ordered a bed and it took them almost a whole month to deliver. They come late at night too. Never shopping here again

I made an order for a room game on December 27 and to this day they only gave me excuses not to sell me and being a client of many items that I have in my house of them

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They act like they are giving us free furniture.  We actually pay 170% of retail price.  Can't wait to finish my current contract so I won't have to deal with unprofessionals.
