Walked in a few minutes before they were scheduled to close with intent on purchasing a laptop which I needed for work. I quickly looked at the laptops and found the one that would fit my budget and went up to the desk to start the paperwork.  I finished the paperwork and then as they looked at my application told me that I had to go to the location on O'neal because they were closer to where I lived. Honestly if this is the stores policy then they should ask where the person lives before they even hand them an application.  Now I am having to miss a complete day of work because they refused my business for something that shouldn't be a huge hassle in the first place.
