I bought a bed from Aaron's. It had a lifetime warranty. The bed is less than a year old and is falling apart. I tried to get them to replace the mattress, or let me get a new one and give me some credit toward paying it off. Instead of helping me, the managers there avoid phone calls and emails. Not a good way to get customer satisfaction

This place has a big variety of furniture for cheap monthly payments. The furniture is always nice.

I placed a order 05/26 items were set to be delivered 06/09 at 4 pm it was raining so I called the store at 3:30 to see if they were still delivering or going to be late while I was telling them it was inconsiderate it turned into an altercation with the manager they were at my house for 2 1/2 hours only to find out they had no hardware so they took items back to store but I asked them to leave the dresser and nightstand on to come home and find both pieces have damage to them and they are suppose to be brand new out of the box which means the people at the store damaged and said absolutely NOTHING I was at work when it was delivered. Since I didn't get home until after 9 pm I waited until the next morning to call the store I called at 10 am exactly took them until 10:22 to finally answer and the manager just keeps saying they didn't notice the damage and it was brand new out the box all they offered me was an arrangement to make my payment a later date which should have been a given because I don't even have what I ordered. This will be my last purchase from aarons not only are the products cheaply made but it's very obvious this store does not care about the customers experience what so ever. I would think twice before purchasing anything from this location.
