The lady in their made me feel unwanted and was very rude.  Makings faces and the slick comments isn't professional no matter who comes in their for what. Do you job and treat people with respect. I' been a year and a half loyal ass customer, been having stuff paid off. Y'all need to start acting like the store in easton, pa. Them people are great. Your trash. Also the lady had me stand their for twenty mins while she is on the phone

First time Aaron's customer, was referred by a friend. Husband and I rented a bedroom set, when it was delivered it was pretty simple, friendly staff and service. As I'm fixing up the bed room , butting clothes away in the dresser, one of the draws already had other people's clothes inside. And while spreading the bed with sheets we just bought, saw 3 roaches crawling around the head board. My house has no animal infestation AT ALL. Took the protective cover off, and what we noticed. Roach eggs.bim going first thing in the morning to make a report and ask for a refund. I rather sleep on the floor. Why wouldn't you tell us the mattress or furniture was used prior . Especially the mattress, something's are just to sensitive, and why wouldn't you check out the furniture before it's delivered .

Customer Service there was great they told me all I needed to know about my billing and delivery process and got me my flat screen TV on time and in one piece.

I am posting this review on behalf of a good friend as she isn't too tech/internet savy. Places like Aaron's are good for people who need appliances but have bad credit. My friend went into Aaron's and got set up with a new fridge. 3 months into it the fridge starts acting up. She arranged to have someone come out and repair it. They never showed and she went through the same problem for 2 weeks, call, schedule repair, no repair, call complain repeat. The fridge wasn't cooling right so she wasnt able to store goods in it. Long story short, I am a hvac tech and was able to repair it for her. I told her to finish her payments and send them the receipt it costs for the repair parts. They did not like that and told any future repairs during the lease would not be covered. Lol, what good is a warranty service if you do not send anyone to fix.

Stay away from Aarons. They work in the start with you but my friend is not the only one who has problems getting repairs when things break.
