My experience with Aarons is always pleasant. Grisel always knows who I am even when I haven't been in for over a year.  They are quick and efficient in getting the paper work done .  Thank you for your great customer service.

The General Manager Laron Funchess is awesome.  Not only does he listen to his customer's complaints or issues, he also tries to resolve them quickly. In addition, it is rare that many managers go above and beyond to understand their customers needs. Well Mr. Funchess does after the whirlwind I encountered with two of his collection employees-Justine and Gizzel-, he addressed the issue and I am thankful for his assistance. People who cannot control their negative attitudes towards customers should not work under his authority. Mr. Funchess I thank you for listening, understanding, and resolving the issues within your collection department. Lashandra Wright
