This is what you call BAD BUSINESS! Due to an error on THEIR part, there was an issue with the account. Ok. Fix it then since it was you guy's fault. MELINDA NEEDS TO BE FIRED. She has a nasty attitude. She needs to fix it before someone puts her in her raggedy ass place. Dont do business with these people. Plenty other rent to own places that are way more professional than this establishment.

The new manager there is absolutely HORRIBLE. She's extremely rude. She left a voicemail on my phone for someone and didn't realize she was recording. Needless to say, the stuff she was saying was NOT appropriate. Aaron's is a great company but this store in particular is not. I do NOT recommend dealing with this lady. Her name is Melinda.
