Been getting run around for 3 weeks now on a fridge my wife ordered, first after a week told it did not come in that would be following week then was told it wasn't coming that they were canceling order , complained and was told they would give us another fridge for same price and would have it today, now got a call that they again don't have it? Now waiting for a call back on another , This is very poor customer service. Truly expect better from this company.

If I was able to do 0 stars I would!  This place is terrible, Dave the manager is a liar!  Let's start with this, the furniture is absolute garbage!  The only thing it's  good for, is if you are in a pinch and have no where else to turn.  They will take your debit card, and charge it as they please, WITHOUT you filling out a recurring payment form  (which is illegal).  I currently have an open unauthorized debit/fraud investigation against them.  As I write this post, my hope is I help any other consumers before it's too late!  I own a small business, and would never treat my customers this way, nor would I provide my customers with such low grade product.  BUYER BEWARE!

I've bought furniture at Aarons when they first opened and they had beautiful pieces of furniture and they had amazing workers which I more as I hem being there, you win some you loose some. I can say this I CHOOSE AARONS OVER RENT A CENTER ANYTIME!! AARONS IS DEFINETLY BETTER AND THERE NOT CONSTANTLY HARRASING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
