A few months ago I got hit by a car. I needed a ride back from the hospital and this was the taxi company they called. When the driver showed up he refused to give me a ride because I was in a wheelchair. It was just a broken arm and leg, and I would have been able to get in and out of the cab on my own, but he simply said "I'm not an ambulance" and drove off before I could get a chance to explain that to him. I've used Cosmic Cab regularly since then and they've never said anything about the wheelchair being a problem. Go with them instead supporting this discriminatory business.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to say something this taxi company had awfulservice, the cab takes too long to get anywhere on time and the manager is rude when you call for status updates on where the taxi is. I don’t like using this taxi service and I never will again, Uber’s from now on

Picked us up quick and the driver was nice but the van stunk and didn't look roadworthy. The rear door didn't even open from the inside.

I paid for the luxury (though)it was a old outdated van.! To ride in silence.!and tipped to the exact % percentage just because Your cabbie was DYING for conversation doesn’t mean I’m obligated.! Further more the cab driver complained about ME being angry and rude.! And I have him on video admitting he told a lie to his dispatcher witch put ME in a qaundry with the person $ for the ride.Aarons Paradise Cab 🚕 was contacted about their drivers actions and they had a day and a half to rectify.
   THEY DID NOTHING about it.
Please use another cab 🚕 service 
   Unless you want a Disgruntled man lieing about.? Who knows but I would rather walk 20 miles in a blizzard 🌨 
   Then take your cab for free in a beautiful summer day with radio 📻 
   NO-thanks treat someone else’s $$$ like you deserve it.!
   No way is anyone,anybody or ANY establishment  going to treat MY $ like you deserve it, but I definitely “deserve” it when I pay 💰....have video and pictures for anyone who wants to see him disregarding traffic and safety LAWS........!

This taxi company is the worst. I called an hour ahead saying i need at cab at 12:30 and it was 30 minutes late. I was almost late fot work and then they stop answering my phone calls.
