Amazing. The flowers were delivered to my mothers job at 10am Valentine's Day & she loves them. The women who helped me are great, even when I️ needed to change my order. Would definitely recommend. The flowers are beautiful & arranged nicely!

Tonight I have to say I got REALLY disappointed with ABBA FLOWER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I stopped by the store to order some flowers for my daughter's Birthday Party on Saturday. As needed an specific color, once I was told to order "in advance", as I tried to do. I say "tried" because the lady that "helped" me said to return on Thursday (today is Tuesday) to check what "was left " AFTER Valentine's Day... And she could not SAVE my order today because "she had to finish her 'customers' orders for tomorrow (Valentine's Day). 🤔🤔🤔Am I what?! I thought I was a customer too. But, ok! Once I was there already, it occurred me to get a some roses for my Mom and also for my son's teacher to ADD to their Valentine's Gift that had already bought. Nothing major. Just a couple of roses. Another lady started helping me but her "manager" or the store owner (I am not sure who what she is!) told her to DO NOT help me putting the rose in the cellophane. She said what?! Yes, out loud she said to just "handle me" the cellophane and strings I needed. The employee was sooo embarrassed that she ended up helping. By that moment I was so relaxed and NOT in a mood of getting into an argument that I said to her "Please, let me do it myself, I do want to see you getting in trouble!". I took my flowers and headed to the cashier. The cashier then asked how much charge me for the "labor"... Excuse me?! What "labor"?! Poor customer service, impoliteness and what else?! 
My purchase was $10.50 (seven roses) plus $4.99 (bunch of white flower that I don't even know the name). They tried to charge $24 in total for "labor" that I was even informed that they would charge me. Actually, they did the same service for the customer before me and DID NOT charged him anything extra.
My purchase I was ridiculous cheap compared to their VALENTINE'S Day sells, but... as far as I am concerned, every single CUSTOMER is important! Or, at least, SHOULD BE!... Shame ON YOU Abba Flowers for such poor customer service. Oh, by the way, Valentine's Day is just ONCE a year... 😉

Thank you for making my wish come true. They were beyong my expectations on my wedding. The flowers were stunning. They were extremely acommodating with a high custome service.
