The folks who work there are friendly. However, my experience with them as a whole was not great. They are expensive, no doubt about it. They didn't thoroughly check how much I owed them for their services/getting a pair of glasses and I ended up recently getting a surprise bill stating I owed them even more than what I originally paid. Also, the optometrist who did my exam acted like a know-it-all and did not listen to me when I told him I have thick corneas which is why my eye pressure always reads high. I mean, why would I bring it up if it werent important. They ended up talking me into an additional examination that they said my insurance would cover but it ended up not. Luckily the CEO decided to write that off when I brought the issue up, so I didn't have to pay for that. Just overall not a great experience. They need to be better about getting their facts right and be certain about what patients will end owing. Also listen to your patient when they discuss their history.

I've been with Abba for over 10 years. I'm never disappointed when I go in. I do wish the whole process were a little quicker. They have all these new things they do now before you get to your actual exam. But overall, I'm happy to stay with them for as long as possible.

My husband and I were first time patients in Dec. The checkin process was fast and efficient. We both thought the technicians were skilled in the information gathering process. The doctor who examined our eyes was thorough and took time to explain and answer our questions. There was a large selection of frames and the opticians were helpful in finding proper frames and lenses. Looking forward to getting our new glasses soon. We would certainly go back to ABBA. We felt welcome there.

Sent to Abba by Choice program, Veterans Admin. for eye exam. They were very caring for my eye conditions.

I was seen by Kim first and she was awesome, friendly, and very informative. I had a great first experience and they got me in right away when I needed a same day appt. my doctor was very friendly and went over everything with me. They didn’t have the contacts I wanted to trial so they offered to call and order them specially on Monday. I look forward to my follow up and to maybe getting both my glasses and contacts updated. Great people, great service.
