I made the mistake of not shopping around and comparing prices. The quote I was given, and accepted, was way over. I suppose I am somewhat naive. I feel like a sucker. The work was completed satisfactorily but I am sure it could have been done elsewhere just as well at 1/3, or less, the cost.

I had asked them to wrap this canvas (below) for transportation. They did a superb job on the wrapping but what really amazed me was they went well out of their way to repair a rip in the center of this piece. Thanks a lot you guys really appreciated!

We have done a few custom framing projects with Abbotsford Art Gallery Custom Picture & Framing, and all of my pictures have turned out more beautiful than I imagined. Hong Zhu, owner & artist (check out her beautiful art when you are there!) is so kind & patient (as are the other staff) and will take the time to help you to pick the perfect combination of picture frame & matting options. If you want a personalized experience at reasonable rates, I highly recommend their service!

I have framed many artworks here, including original works - absolutely amazing people, who as artists themselves, know the importance of framing art carefully, appropriate to the work. I have entrusted them with my mother's own work - it's always beautifully done. I strongly recommend them, and wouldn't go anywhere else for my framing needs. And while you're there, take time to view the displayed works - stunning!

Abbotsford Art Gallery gave me such amazing service, from conception to final product! They provided me with samples to bring to my photography studio and answered all my questions efficiently and quickly. Hong was wonderful to work with and I look forward to working with her & the team more and more in the future.
