This company needs to close down cause this is my second time that I waited 2 hours for a cab. They have no drivers their cars stink and their drivers are very disrespectful. I had one drive that was great and awesome. His name was Simon and he was extremely awesome.

Do not call if you're in a rush or just simply need a ride. They have attitudes and will have you waiting. Worst service EVER!

Drivers are friendly,  cabs are clean and smell nice.  I never wait more than 10 minutes for a cab.    App works well and is easy to use

I called the night before to schedule a pick up in the morning to take me to the airport for international travel, just to not chance it in case Uber wasnt in my area at the precise time I needed. I received a text message confirmation with the time and my address for pick up. Morning came and NO call, NO show from the company. I called in to see if they were running late, and the guy on the phone flippantly said "things happen". They never showed, texted me back, said sorry or anything!! This is why Uber is taking over because of crappy businesses like this one....I would have given zero stars if that was an option.
