Would not recommend staying here!  The owner were very misleading, rude, and unethical. The water was nasty no septic but they did say rent included 2 dumps but that didn’t happen.  They over charged us no they charged us one months rent two weeks later charged it again. Threatened to “unplug and “haul off our camper if we didn’t pay intime and said they’d call the law.  We have worked on the iAd for over 20 years all over te country and have never had any Robles or issues with our landlords.  Caution ABC country camping will overcharge possibly harass you. They may even leave nasty voicemails on your phone as they did me.

sorry but I had a very negative experience. I paid $900 for a year and they kept changing the rules on me. they said I was there too much for a seasonal camper and switched me to monthly for $325 a month! they were very rude and untrusting with every interaction. they looked for every reason to charge me more until I had enough and said I was just going to leave. they parked a tractor in front of my trailer when I said I was coming back to get it. I went into the office to ask them to move it and they made me pay more money with the threat of legal action if I didn't pay. my word againsed  a family of crooks!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. We changed our plans last minute from tenting to cabins. They were more than willing to help us out.
