This place would be wise to make sure shift managers are professional and courteous to customers.  I came in and when I went to purchase was met with a very rude and condescending shift manager named Rob.  He is a geeky looking guy with blondish hair, a beard, and glasses.  There was no excuse for the rude behavior by someone checking someone out, a shift manager no less.  This is a place I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars before.  I may not be coming back.  What this place needs to know is there is no shortage of other stores to go to for purchases.  I will now be shopping and spending hundreds of dollars a year elsewhere.  That is a review for that particular ABC store.  Another comment to the overall practice for ABC is they have the worst rewards program I've ever seen in a company.  Their reward program is as follows.  Get a $2 voucher for every $300 you spend.  If that isn't weak enough you have to use that $2 within 15 days after you earn it.

This store has been rebuilt and is really open and has a great variety of stock.

Great selection in a brand new building. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Super nice shopping experience all around.
