This company is not insured.  Never do business with them.  They replaced my furnace/boiler heat system in 2009.  They neglected to place the required heat shield under the boiler, which caused my home to catch on fire this past January.  I am taking them to small claims court to recover my expenses and they refused to accept the paperwork from the court that was sent via certified mail.  Next step is to send a court officer to deliver the paperwork in person.  Don't EVER do business with them.

This company made a routine service call to my mother's home (senior citizen on a limited income) on 12/19/09 and took money in advance for some repairs. We contacted John the next day to ask for a refund as we have a friend who is qualified and would charge her a minimal charge. We asked for a refund of $190 which was paid for the future service. John was rude and belligerent. In trying to help my mother, I assisted her in writing a letter as requested by John asking for the refund. The letter was sent certified and was never signed for by the company. I sent the letter again by regular mail. After calling the company another 4 times and being talked to very rudely by John, we still do not have our refund. If this is the way this company does business, I caution future customers.

This guy was mean and and abusive when we questioned him on some work that (only) he felt was essential.  We learned from a neighbor that he preys on elderly people and scams them out of money by scaring them into repairs.
