To whom it might concern,

This is just to show the abuse and fraud inside the liquor stores of Maysa and Mike one on 9461 Edinger Ave. (Five Star Liquor) and the one on 7511 Trask Ave. (Trask Liquor), this people abuse of their workers, paying them the minimum wage without giving meal breaks, holiday paid, overtime paid. They also over charge customers without telling them about the extra charges either for using the credit/debit machine or because the prices are never accurate on their stores.
They also falsify information about taxes on the way they paid their employees, they have no time cards to accurately manage their work time, the workers must write their ours on a notebook and if for some reason the notebook disappears, or the page were the hours are written disappears they have no way to prove their worked hours and if they manage to keep track of their own worked hours they don’t want to paid telling them they might been stealing worked hours.

The owners of this stores also record conversations illegally due to having cameras with voice recording inside the stores and not letting their customers know their conversations are being recorded when they are inside their establishment.
One of their employees got removed from the work schedule for asking the owner for a raise of $1 extra an hour so he can try to get health insurance since this places do not provide them with that either, I don’t think retaliation was the best way of action, as you can see this people explode their employees working long hours and without a meal break.

Great Location for KFC, Home Depot, Starbucks, Domino's, Dollar tree, Harry's Cafe, Auto parts and additional Restruants  are all next door to each other.
