Honor the prices you quote over the phone. I called on Saturday and have it still in my call log and was quoted 35 to program a key. Went in today on Monday and they said its 45 and pretty much called me a liar when I told them the price I was quoted. Took them 5 minutes to program my key. 45 dollars for 5 minutes. What a rip off!
