Here again.  The Nurse Practitioner and the nurses here are sooo wonderful!  Had some issues and they helped in ways most places would not bother.  Also there is Children's Hospital Staff in here for lab work and such.  I tell u, I will never bring my child anywhere else except for here and Urgent Care.  This is by far my daughter's favorite place and the decor for children is wonderful.  Even the floors are decorated!  Very child friendly and the staff most of all are exceptional!

I seriously hate to rate ABC Pediatrics less than 5 starts because Dr. Fitton & her staff are great but I can't say the same for the receptionist after today. Took my son in for his first shots this morning and was informed that his appt. was yesterday. I take responsibility for my exhausted mom brain getting the day wrong, but it's what happened next that got my blood boiling. She says I can come back later in the day and i told her that I couldn't because we only have one vehicle and his dad needed it to get to work. Then I'm told that if I don't come back today, i will not be able to get my infant his vaccines until NOVEMBER! (Mind you, the waiting room was EMPTY and she didn't even check with the doctor to try to get him in). So now I have to drop my son's dad off at work, drive back to WCH then drag my infant back out at 11pm to pick his dad up from work. I don't think all of that would have upset me as much if it WEREN'T for the fact that this woman saw nothing wrong with offsetting my son's vaccination schedule by THREE MONTHS! Ridiculous.
