ABC Pilates offres a beautiful setting for the novice as well as advanced student. From the moment you enter the studio you feel relaxed yet energized, ready for the physical and mental  development which is fostered  by one-on-one training. I am so pleased with the progress I have made since I began working with Kate Trick. Kate is an amazing instructor. She introduces  every  new movement and exercise with an explanation and illustration. In addition, she is able to  quickly modify an exercise  to meet my specific limitations. I leave each session feeling stronger, younger, and pain free.

Began Pilates at ABC just over a year ago.  If I'm honest, it was more 'rehab' than true Pilates, I was in such bad shape back then! My strength was nil, lets not go into my lack of balance.  Improvement has been amazing with both core strength and balance significantly improved.  Flexibility has increased as well, such a plus.  The instructor, Kelley, is responsive, creative and meets the needs  of improving of my 67 (ok, nearly 68) year old body without injury.  Cannot live without my 2 x week at ABC.  It does this body GOOD!

Going to ABC Pilates and working with Kelley Watson has been and is a wonderful on-going experience.  I am a 73 year old man with back, as well as posture issues. Kelley has worked me through my back issues allowing me to resume playing golf.  My posture has improved immensely and I am standing and walking taller.  Kelley is very insightful and has the ability to choose stretches and exercises that target my issues precisely.  Thank-you Kelley and ABC Pilates.

I have been going ABC Pilates for almost 5 years.Initially I went after my hip replacement, which my surgeon had recommended. In the last 4 years I have had stellar reports about my hip from my doctor. He could not believe the progress that I had made .
In the last several years my body has gotten longer, leaner and more flexible. My clothes fit better and my energy level is high. Kelley, my instructor has taken me to the next level. She is always challenging me. Kelley knows my limitations and I trust her completely. She always has a plan when I arrive for my session. If I'm having an issue with something she will adjust but I like the fact that when I walk in she has a tentative plan. After my session, I always feel much better than when i walked in. I would highly recommend ABC Pilates!!!!!

I am from NYC so naturally very picky about Pilates instructors. And have had 2 shoulder surgeries. So I was a little scared to start with a new instructor at ABC pilates. But when I met Kate I was instantly relaxed. Her form and technique is superb. She is a former ballerina and it shows. She really payed attention to my form to help prevent injury. Which is so important to me. !! I really recommend Kate and ABC Pilates to all who are either recovering from injuries or just want to be strong !! Great for mind and body !!! Thanks Kate Trick!!
